  • 報名時須繳付全數;訂單一經確認,受更改取消條款約束。 

  • 報名時請提供以下資料,包括其中一位參加者之姓名(與護照相同)、詳細貴賓數目、行李數目、出發日期及選擇上/落車地點。  

  • 接機安排:航班抵達後,司機會於入境大堂出口處舉著客人的牌子等待 90 分鐘,若遇班機延誤等突發狀況,請務必即時聯繫訂單確認書上的北海道緊急聯絡電話,若本公司無接到客人通知,司機會於航班到達後半小時開始算起,機場等待一個小時半後離開,本公司也不退款

  • 送機/點對點接送安排:請按約定時間提前 5-10 分鐘到酒店大堂/預定地點與司機會合,並請向司機出示訂單確認書以便確認資料,如客人逾時超過15分鐘,司機有權不予等待並且離開,本公司也不退款

  • 乘客人數必須與預訂時相同,如乘客人數多於預訂時人數,司機有權禁止多出之人數上車。

  •  出發前一天我們會以電郵方式通知客人有關司機的聯絡資料,請客人按約定時間提前 5-10 分鐘到於指定的停車位置等候。

  • 司機負責駕駛,不會提供導遊服務,敬請留意。

  • 本行程提供華語支援服務,如遇緊急情況可供使用。

  • 建議旅客自行購買個人旅遊保險。
  • 如因交通、天氣等不可抗力因素所引起的時間延誤,行程變更或景點取消等,恕本公司無法負責及賠償,但會盡協助解決問題,敬請理解。

  • 滑雪/雪上活動/溫泉/騎馬/水上活動/飛行活動都是帶有危險性的活動,請自行衡量風險及購買旅遊保險;如因不可抗力之因素發生意外導致旅客財物損失、身體受損害、 傷亡,本公司及員工及合作伙伴不會承擔任何責任,但定必盡力協助解決問題。

 

Terms & Conditions:

  • Please take out your travel insurance before departure.

  • The above price list only for point to point transfer service. To add extra stop(s), please contact us for quotation.

  • Full payment is required and the terms and conditions applied once the booking confirmed.

  • Please provide below information for placing order: contact person’s name (same as passport shown), mobile phone no., no.of passengers, no.of baggage, pickup date and pickup location / destination.

  • Pick up at airport: Our staff will greet you with the signage in arrival hall for 90 minutes upon the flight arrival. In case of any flight delay or any unexpected situation, please contact the emergency phone no. shown on the confirmation ASAP. Please note that the coach will leave airport after 90 minutes upon the flight arrival. Please note that refund/compensation will not be allowed for 'no show' case in no circumstance.

  • Return to airport/Point to Point transfer service: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the pickup time/location and present the confirmation to the driver. The driver will wait for 15 minutes only and leave, please note that refund/compensation will not be allowed for 'no show' case in no circumstance.

  • The actual no. of passengers must as same as the confirmation. The driver has the right to refuse extra passengers aboard.

  • Driver’s information will be provided on email 1-2 days prior to the pickup date.

  • Please note that driver will not provide tour guide service.

  • We provide English supporting service for emergency.  

  • Travel Alliance Ltd have no responsibility for below situations: sight-seeing points closed or its schedule changed, journey interruption or delay since traffic jam, bad weather or other unexpected reasons. Refund/compensation will not be allowed in no circumstance.

  • Please take out an appropriate travel insurance plan for skiing, snow activities, hot-spring, water sports, aviation. Travel Alliance Ltd and its business partners will not take responsibility for the loss of or damage to clients’ property, injuries or death in the event of accidental loss or damage during the journey but will try our best to help.

更改及取消政策 :

出發前8或以上:收取訂單總額之50%

出發前7天內:收取訂單總額之100%

# 一經確認,所有更改按取消舊訂單處理。

Cancellation Fee:

​For more than 8 days notification : 50% of the total amount 

​For less  than  7 days notification : 100% of the total amount
